Product Information Sheet - 10-4075FS-2-0.250X36
Fluorosilicone Grade (FS) solid silicone sheeting is designed for applications requiring enhanced resistance to harsh chemicals, fuels, oils, and solvents.
These products make excellent gasketing materials, have extreme high and low temperature resistance, and good UV and ozone resistance. They are non-toxic and chemically inert.
FS Grade products are available in a range of durometers, thicknesses, widths, surfaces finishes, and may be pigmented to a wide range of colors.

Solid Silicone Sheet Thickness Tolerances
Includes cured and uncured solid silicone sheeting with and without reinforcement produced by calendaring. Does not include uncured, unsupported, solid silicone compound pre-formed into sheets by milling.
Imperial Thickness Tolerance, inches
| Nominal Thickness | Tolerance |
| 0.000 to 0.039 | +/- 0.007 |
| 0.040 to 0.069 | +/- 0.012 |
| 0.070 to 0.134 | +/- 0.017 |
| 0.135 to 0.500 | +/- 0.022 |
Metric Thickness Tolerance, mm[2]
| Nominal Thickness | Tolerance |
| 0.00 to 1.00 | +/- 0.18 |
| 1.01 to 1.75 | +/- 0.30 |
| 1.76 to 3.40 | +/- 0.43 |
| 3.40 to 12.70 | + /- 0.56 |
[1] In the case of laminated products these tolerances apply only to the individual layers and not the overall thickness of the laminate. Laminate thicknesses are nominal.
[2] Imperial or metric tolerance govern based on the measurement system of the part description.
Note: Shelf life is defined as the duration of time for which the product will meet the physical characteristics outlined on this page. It does not guarantee the product's usefulness in all applications.
Note: Bond Strength ASTM XXXX test methods:
- For Constructions 0-9, any reported bond strength is "Ply Adhesion"
- For Supported Tapes, reported bond strength is from internal method where tape is hung up, stretched, and rolled up -- the strength required to unroll is reported : ASTM D2148
- For unsupported tape, the reported value is a Government Bond where 2 pieces are bonded together and plied apart: MIL-I-46852C
